Shipping information

All items at www.jennysminicookingshop.com are hand-crafted.

After receiving your order and payment, we prepare and ship your order within 1 week to the address provided.

When an item is temporarily out if stock or under production or if we can’t ship your order within 1 week because of some unforeseen reasons, we will notify you via e-mail.

The costumer will receive an order confirmation via e-mail as soon as payment is confirmed. In case you don’t receive this e-mail, please contact our customer service.

All orders are shipped by the Hungarian Mail Service – Magyar Posta zrt. We do ship worldwide.

Below 0,5kg the orders are shipped as registered mail and as a priority postal letter. Orders above 0,5kg are shipped as priority postal parcels.

Shipping prices can be found in the "DELIVERY" table (CONTACT - DELIVERY).

Delivery averages 5-15 working days, however please consider; we have no control over your country’s delivery process or time frame. Order at your own risk as we cannot take the responsibility for parcels that take long time to be delivered or are lost at transit.

Since we ship worldwide, we pay extra attention to packaging and all orders are packaged in waterproof materials, we do not charge our customers with a packaging fee.

We ask our customers to check their parcel’s package - if it has any visible damages - before signing for it. In case the package is damaged please record all details of the damage (with photos as well). Please note, we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping.

After your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail from us with all details of the shipment including the registration number of your letter or parcel – so you are able to track your order.

It is the buyer’s sole responsibility to ensure, the shipment is going to be accepted. Therefore, after ordering, buyer must provide a real and exact address, contact information and ensure that the shipping company will be able to deliver the shipment.  

In case a pre-paid shipment is sent back to sender because of the buyer’s fault (e.g. unaccepted shipment, failure of fulfilling administrative tasks -duties and taxes) sender is not obliged to arrange any reimbursements regarding shipping nor the total amount of the ordered goods.

A second attempt of shipping of returned good(s) is possible if buyer pre-pays shipping expenses. Buyer can use the services of SimplePay or PayPal.

A parcel can be re-sent only if buyer pays shipping expenses again to the shipping company.

In case buyer is requesting a second attempt of shipping of the item(s) ordered, but isn’t completing shipping expenses, then the provider may refuse the shipment of the item(s).
